Carlos'n Charlie's, located in the vibrant area of Acapulco de Juárez, offers an enticing dining experience that resonates with both locals and tourists. The atmosphere is lively, often filled with celebratory moments, especially during birthday festivities. As one reviewer shared, "It's a very American, Hard Rock type of place," which aptly encapsulates its energetic vibe.

The menu showcases a delightful range of dishes, making it a fantastic option for meals at any time of the day. Highlights include the Veracruzanos, Club Sandwich, and flavorful chilaquiles, which customers rave about for their taste and preparation. Many patrons appreciate the quality-to-price ratio, with one recommending the Thursday pozole as a must-try.

While the food receives glowing reviews, the ambiance can be a double-edged sword. Diners often mention the loud music, which can hinder conversation, particularly in outdoor seating. Whether you're looking for a fun night out or a hearty brunch, Carlos'n Charlie's promises a memorable meal filled with flavor and festive cheer.

Guests appreciate the flavorful Mexican dishes and varied menu options, noting the food is well-prepared and reasonably priced. The friendly and attentive service also receives positive mentions. However, a common point of feedback is the high noise level, particularly during events or peak times, which can hinder conversation. It's a very American, Hard Rock type of place, it's right in the entrance of the mall, there's outdoor (there's fans) and indoor seating available. There's a lot of cool decorations and the ambiance is for an informal brunch/dinner. The food is delicious, we ordered a burger, chilaquiles, huevos divorciados, pasta and a brownie. The bathrooms are clean. The people are very nice. The price is fair for what you get and it's worth it. I recommend this place.

So much fun! We celebrated my daughter's 4th birthday there and we had a blast. I would only reccomend to lower the volume a little. It was hard to hear each other talking while having dinner (and we were sitting outside), but that's the only thing I would suggest changing.
